    • Order Name
    • Order ID
    • Order Creator
    • Order Date
  2. Products and Services:
    • List of products purchased, stored in the Dots Warehouse, or used for onboarding/offboarding employees.
    • Information on alternative product options compared with your initial choice.
  3. Pricing Information:
    • Product Price
    • Quantity
    • Price Per Unit
    • ETA
    • Total Price
  4. Order Tracking:
    • Tracking details for shipped orders.
  5. Provided Information:
    • Any additional information you’ve supplied related to your order.
  6. Order Metadata:
    • Order Type
    • Order Status

Order Types (Services)

Dots currently offers the following five types of order services:

  1. Procurement: Purchasing items on behalf of the client.
  2. Delivery: Shipping purchased items to the client’s chosen location.
  3. Warehousing: Storing items securely in the Dots Warehouse.
  4. Onboarding: Providing hardware and tools to new employees.
  5. Offboarding: Managing hardware retrieval and processing for departing employees.

Order Statuses

Each order goes through several stages, represented by the following statuses:

  1. Drafting Proposal:
    • Indicates that the Dots team is preparing a quote for your order.
  2. Pending Approval:
    • Awaits your confirmation of the provided quote.
  3. Processing:
    • The Dots team is preparing your order for shipment and delivery.
  4. In Transit:
    • The order is currently being shipped to your selected location.
  5. Partially Delivered:
    • Applicable when an order with multiple packages is only partially received.
  6. Delivered:
    • Assigned when your order has been fully delivered.
  7. Confirmed:
    • Reflects that the delivered order has been confirmed by you.
  8. Pending Payment:
    • Indicates that the order is awaiting payment post-confirmation.
  9. Completed:
    • Assigned once payment is processed and verified by Dots.
  10. Canceled:
  • Applies if you cancel the order due to changes, duplicates, or other reasons.

11. Dismissed:

    • Indicates that the order has been dismissed, with reasons provided by Dots.

    Proof of Delivery

    Once your order is delivered, Dots may provide a Proof of Delivery, which will be attached to your order details for verification and record-keeping.
